Martin Harley, slide guitar player extraordinaire will be bringing his sound on a short tour of Canada in May.  The tour, which will help to promote his newly released Static in the Wires will kick off at the Fox Cabaret in Vancouver on May 5th, making stops across BC and Alberta for a whistlestop 8 days.

According to Martin’s website, Static in the Wires , recorded in Nashville Tennessee over four days, is Martin’s seventh album and second with Bassist Daniel Kimbro is rooted in Blues and Americana. Their ‘less is more’ approach delivers accomplished slide guitar playing and memorable, timeless songwriting. The album features 14 time Grammy winner Jerry Douglas (Ray Charles, Eric Clapton, Dolly Parton), Derek Mixon (Chris Stapleton, Sam Lewis) and Micah Hulsher (Alabama Shakes).
