Stay With Me from Montreal’s Taylor McCluskey

Like all artists this past year Montreal’s Taylor McCluskey has been hit hard by the effect of the pandemic, and the inability to get out on the road and perform.

Never one to stand still, the actor director and producer has been using the time to focus on his other passion, music. McCluskey has been working on a new Album “Bulletproof” with Glen Robinson ( Keith Richards, George Martin, Dave Grohl, David Bowie ) which is due out later in the year.

While we wait for the album McCluskey has released a number of singles, including “Freedom Fighter,” “Young Blood”, and his latest release Stay with Me, a live version of which is now available here, in a video that McCluskey directed and edited as well as sang on.

The music is a passionate blend of alternative rock and pop hooks and melodies. Accessible to pretty much anyone that likes good, uplifting rock music.

Commenting on the latest single McCluskey said

“Stay With Me is about getting clear and realizing that my life has more gifts and beautiful moments to enjoy, and moments that transmit waves of positivity and balance. It’s in that balance where I let go of toxic people, places and things.”

Bulletproof will be McCluskey’s fifth album, with his last one, Star God released in 2020.

You can keep up to date with McCluskey’s latest projects on his socials, and hopefully very soon we will have the opportunity to see and hear some of the new material live.
